Dnia 3. grudnia 2005r. odby\u0142o si\u0119 w Domu Narodowym uroczyste spotkanie z okazji jubileuszu 95-lecia istnienia Oddzia\u0142u PTT-PTTK &#8222;Beskid \u015al\u0105ski&#8221;. Historia polskiej zorganizowanej turystyki zacz\u0119\u0142a si\u0119 bowiem w 1910r., kiedy to w Cieszynie odby\u0142o sie zebranie za\u0142o\u017cycielskie Polskiego Towarzystwa Turystycznego &#8222;Beskid&#8221;. Po latach owocnej i chlubnej dzia\u0142alno\u015bci oraz r\u00f3\u017cnych dziejowych meandr\u00f3w obecny Oddzia\u0142 PTTK jest kontynuatorym tych pi\u0119klnych idei i tradycji turystyki, ju\u017c nie w narodowym lecz rekreacyjno-poznawczym wymiarze. Oddzia\u0142owi ju\u017c prawie 30 lat przewodzi kol. Ryszard Mazur &#8211; wielki przyjaciel cieszy\u0144skich kolarzy. W roku jubileuszowym odzdai\u0142 skupia 545 cz\u0142onk\u00f3w, 18 k\u00f3\u0142 na terenie Cieszyna, Skoczowa, Ustronia i Goleszowa oraz specjalistyczne komisje i kluby w tym nasz &#8211; TKK &#8222;Ondraszek&#8221;. Od 1966r. jest on jednym z filar\u00f3w oddzia\u0142owej turystyki profilowanej.<\/p><p>Z okazji pi\u0119knego jubileuszu pad\u0142o wiele ciep\u0142ych s\u0142\u00f3w pod adresem prezesa Oddzia\u0142u, dzia\u0142aczy tworz\u0105cych kadr\u0119 oraz ca\u0142ej tutejszej PTTKowskiej braci. By\u0142y r\u00f3wnie\u017c odznaczenia m.in.: kol. Basia Toman (skarbnik TKK) oraz Zbyszek Pawlik (wieceprezes) otrzymali Z\u0142ot\u0105 Odznak\u0119 &#8222;Zas\u0142u\u017cony w Pracy PTTK W\u015br\u00f3d M\u0142odzie\u017cy&#8221;, a Basia dodatkowo Honorow\u0105 Odznak\u0119 &#8222;Za Zas\u0142ugi dla Turystyki&#8221;.
